Refund Policy

For prepaid orders, Raveesilks restores the order amount upon cancellation or return. If you paid online, your refund will be refunded to your original account.There may be situations beyond our control that cause you to receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as the one you ordered. We will replace the item to your satisfaction at no additional cost. In such cases, please contact our Customer Service Team before using the product, and they will walk you through the process. Conditions for Return

Please tell us within 48 hours after delivery if you receive a damaged or defective product.

Products/items must be unused.

Products should be returned in their original packaging, including price tags, labels, and invoices.

It is recommended that return packets be securely and suitably wrapped to prevent further damage to products in transit.

PLEASE NOTE: If you hand up an additional or incorrect merchandise, the refund will NOT be performed. Please make sure you enter the right quantity when starting the return request on the website.

Refunds

We will handle the refund after Raveesilks.com or its business partner has received the product. The refund will be conducted in accordance with the order’s payment method.

Orders purchased by credit/debit card will be returned by credit card within 7 working days, and the refund will appear on the next statement.

Net banking orders will be credited back to the customer’s account. We will provide a reimbursement cheque for any other ways of payment. The cheque will be made out to the person specified in the “billing name” field when placing the transaction.
