But there are a few simple rules to follow to be eligible

• Please let us know within 48 hours of delivery if you get a damaged or broken product.
• We accept the request if there is a difference in quality, size, colour, or design, or if an item is missing or wrong in a combo order. Products should be returned in their original packaging with the original price tags, labels, and bills.
• It is suggested that the return packages be well-packed and strong so that the goods don’t get damaged again on the way back.
