Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products. Customers must contact Ravee Silk within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product. Returned products must be unused and in their original condition. Once the return is approved, a replacement or refund will be provided as applicable.
