At Ravee Silk, we carefully check every order before dispatch. Refunds are applicable only for eligible products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered. Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos of the product. Once the return is approved and received, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Products must be unused and in their original condition.
